Hi, I’m Katie! I’m a certified, holistically trained health coach specializing in nutrition and hormone health for women navigating midlife and the transition from perimenopause through menopause. I help women understand the biological shifts happening in their bodies and guide them toward feeling their best through personalized nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and transformative thought work.
My wellness journey began in early adulthood, when I realized how much our food and habits impact how we feel and function. I’ve always believed in the power of movement not just for physical health, but for emotional and mental well-being. Through my own experience with thought work, I’ve learned that lasting change starts with what we believe about ourselves. My passion for this field continues to evolve as I work toward a Master’s in Human Nutrition to deepen my understanding of holistic wellness and provide evidence-based, whole-person care.
My approach is grounded in the belief that aging is a privilege—and it should feel like one. I work with my clients to support their hormonal health, boost energy, and shift their mindset by looking at the bigger picture: nutrition, sleep, movement, relationships, stress, spirituality, and joy.
